• Enquiry details you submit through our contact form: your name, email address, the topic of your enquiry and your message.
• Information you share with us directly by email, phone or in meetings.
• Project information needed to deliver the work you have asked us to do, such as addresses, supplier details and schedules.

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange a complimentary conversation, prepare a scope and estimate, and deliver and administer the services you engage us for. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

We rely on your consent when you choose to send us an enquiry, and on our legitimate interest and the performance of a contract when we are delivering agreed work for you.

Enquiries submitted through this website are stored in a secured, access-controlled database. Access is limited to Sarah and Becky. Information sent by email or held in project documents is kept only where it is needed to carry out the work.

We share information with third parties only where it is necessary to deliver your project — for example a tradesperson, supplier or removals company — and only with the minimum detail required. We use trusted service providers to host this website and store enquiry data on our behalf. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 12 months. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for as long as we are required to retain business and financial records afterwards.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello@managedbyfb.co.uk and we will respond as quickly as we can. If you are not satisfied with our response you can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to deliver the site securely and to remember your cookie choice. Functional, analytics and marketing categories are off unless you switch them on, and nothing in those categories is loaded before you consent.

Much of our work takes place inside people’s homes and businesses. We treat everything we see and hear as confidential, and we are happy to sign a non disclosure agreement where you would like one.
